Transport is the buyer's responsibility. After we facilitate the match, the buyer arranges and pays for enclosed transport (or any other method they prefer) directly with their chosen carrier. The seller and the buyer handle title transfer directly with each other per the seller's state DMV rules. We do not provide title services. If either party wants to outsource, we can recommend independent title-services partners.
