Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using this site, submitting a vehicle listing, or joining our buyer network, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Nature of our service

Fast Auto Exit is a marketing lead and match-making service. We are not a licensed motor vehicle dealer or broker. We do not take title to, possession of, or payment for any vehicle. We do not represent sellers or buyers as agents or fiduciaries. Our role is limited to:

• Reviewing seller listings against the buyer profile we serve
• Sharing fitting listings with relevant buyers in our private network under NDA
• Documenting commission disclosures between the parties and Fast Auto Exit
• Facilitating direct introductions between matched sellers and buyers
• Invoicing our match-making commission to each party at closing

3. Site content

The site provides general information about our match-making service, our buyer network coverage, geographic service area, and frequently asked questions. The information is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or representation about the price any particular buyer will pay for a particular car.

4. Submission and matching

Submitting a vehicle listing through this site, by phone, or by email is not a binding agreement to sell. Our match-making decisions are at our discretion based on whether your car fits our buyer profile. Buyer interest expressed through our network is not a binding offer to buy until both parties execute a written commission disclosure with us and a separate purchase agreement between themselves.

5. Commission

When a transaction closes between a seller and a buyer introduced through our service, Fast Auto Exit earns a match-making commission. The dollar amount, the split between seller and buyer, and the time window in which the commission applies (12 months from the date of introduction) are all documented in a commission disclosure signed by both parties before any introduction is made. Commission invoices are sent separately to each party via Square within 30 days of closing and are due within 7 days of issue.

6. Parties to the transaction

The parties to the sale are the seller and the buyer. Fast Auto Exit is not a counterparty. Price negotiation, title transfer, transport, payment, and any post-sale disputes are between the seller and the buyer. Fast Auto Exit does not arbitrate, indemnify, or guarantee performance by either party.

7. Seller representations

When you submit a listing, you represent that you have authority to sell the vehicle, that the title is held in your legal name or you are listed as a registered owner on the current title, that the description (including VIN, year, make, model, condition, modifications, and history) is accurate, and that no other party has a claim against the vehicle.

8. Buyer representations

Buyers in our network represent that they have the funds to complete purchases in the price range they target, that they are buying for their own use or a stated commercial purpose (dealer, exporter), and that they will negotiate in good faith with any matched seller.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Auto Exit's total liability for any claim related to this site or our match-making service is limited to the match-making commission Fast Auto Exit earned (or would have earned) from the transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or any party's performance of their direct seller-to-buyer transaction.

10. No agency or fiduciary relationship

Fast Auto Exit does not act as agent or fiduciary for sellers or buyers. We facilitate introductions and earn commissions; we do not represent any party's interests.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the site after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
