Who we are

Fast Auto Exit is a marketing lead and match-making service for luxury and exotic cars. We are a brand of WETYR Corp, a Florida-based holding company. We are not a licensed motor vehicle dealer or broker, we do not take title to vehicles, we do not handle purchase funds, and we are not a counterparty to any sale. We connect private sellers with qualified buyers and charge a commission to both sides at closing.

Information we collect

When you submit a car listing, request to be added to our buyer network, or contact us, we collect: name, email, phone, ZIP code, vehicle details (VIN, year, make, model, mileage, condition), photos, and any notes you provide. We also collect technical browser information (IP address, user agent, referrer URL, UTM parameters) for fraud prevention and analytics. Buyers in our network additionally provide identity verification and stated price ranges, preferred brands, and geography.

How we use it

To assess whether your car fits our buyer network, to match you with relevant buyers, to share your listing under NDA with buyers who match your car, and to document the match-making transaction including commission invoicing. Service providers used: Resend for transactional email, Square for commission invoicing, Supabase for data storage. We share only the data required for each provider to perform its role.

How we share with buyers

Buyers in our network see your car listing details (vehicle specs, condition, photos, asking price) under a network NDA before any introduction. We share your name, email, and phone number only with the specific buyer you choose to engage after matching.

How we do not use it

We do not sell or rent seller or buyer data. We do not share it with marketers, lead aggregators, or data brokers. We do not send marketing email to listings that do not result in a buyer match.

Retention

Submissions that do not result in a buyer match are retained for 18 months for trend analysis and re-matching opportunities, then deleted. Matched transaction records are retained for 7 years to satisfy tax and commission record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah residents have the right to request access to, deletion of, or correction of their personal information. Email privacy@fastautoexit.com with your request and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is stored in encrypted databases with restricted access. Photos and documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage. Only authorized Fast Auto Exit staff can access submitter records. All access is logged. Buyers in our network see your listing only under NDA, on a per-match basis.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for analytics (Plausible, privacy-first) and optionally Google Analytics 4 for paid traffic attribution. EU and California visitors see a cookie consent banner where applicable.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Not a fiduciary, not an agent

We do not represent sellers or buyers as agents or fiduciaries. We facilitate introductions and charge commissions to both sides. Decisions about price, payment method, transport, and title transfer are between the parties to the transaction.

Changes

We post material changes to this policy with at least 30 days notice. The effective date above is updated when changes apply.
